Susan McClellan is a graduate of the Institute of Transpersonal Psychology based in Palo Alto CA.

“The significant problems we face cannot be solved at the level of thinking that created them.”

- Albert Einstein

Susan brings a wealth of experience and a depth of knowledge and wisdom  to her work as a transformational coach that comes from walking one's own journey into the depths of life and soul.

"Ubuntu" is an ancient African word, meaning "humanity to others".

Ubuntu also means "I am what I am because of who we all are"

You are probably very competent in many areas of your life, if however you are finding it difficult to move beyond a certain point or make the necessary changes you want you might find a personal coach useful.

As a coach I can provide the structure of partnership and accountability to help you do what is needed

As a mentor I can guide you toward practices, disciplines and studies that can aid personal growth and wellbeing.

I bear witness to the growth, changes and differences that are happening to you and your life on your path of transformation.

My gift to transformational coaching is my ability to be a witness to the unfolding processes of change and transition. I understand that within the difficulties and stuckness we encounter also resides the answers and the creative power needed to fulfill personal goals and life dreams.

“Whatever I have learned in my life is questions.”
- Elie Wiesel

I do not profess to know the answers or even the specifics of the path along which the work might take us.

I understand myself to be a midwife to the process of unfolding and birthing. I come with a set of tools and experiences that have proved to be supportive and life changing for individuals, families and groups. What happens when I work with a client or small group is unique.

I work with a wide diversity of people and life situations that includes

  • professionals looking to change career or reinvent their work or life strategy

  • young people who are asking the big questions about direction, life and purpose

  • adults seeking  a deeper meaning or inner fulfillment

  • those seeking courage and strength  to face the mundane and the unexpected

  • situations of transition, loss, misfortune or change
  • healing or spiritual crisis

.

Let the beauty we love be what we do, there are a thousand ways to kiss the ground.

- Rumi
